Mother Uses Vibrator on Baby. 21-year-old Rickesha Burns from Phoenix, Arizona is being held by police after her two-year-old son was admitted to a hospital. Burns’ mother noticed blood in the child’s diaper and rushed her grandson to the hospital. Doctors found rectal tears and bruising. During police interrogation a tearful Burns confessed.
