Via Mpasho.co.ke - I have said enough about tribalism. So much so
that I believe anyone who would judge me on the basis of being Igbo
(Tunde) or Luhya (Khasiani) is a moron. Pointblank period! And anyone
who would judge another for being say, a Kikuyu or a Luo is just a goon
looking for an excuse to act out their infantile yet violent urges.That
said, reports reaching me today morning seem to indicate that this might
just be the case, nay, this may just be a way of life for people
in Eastlands as some unknown individuals have taken to printing fliers
and leaflets warning members of the Luo, Luhya and Kisii communities to
vacate their homes.
The
leaflets were circulated around Kangundo road. According to Robert Alai,
the land bordering the road around Obama, Komarocks, Saika and Njiru
estates have been under dispute. The dispute has led to the
assassination of around 4 land dealers who were behind the allocations.
It is believed that the people behind the evictions are also behind the
assassination of the people they believe illegally allocated their
chunks of land to individuals.
